The alien number\u2014also called the alien registration or USCIS number\u2014generally begins with an \u201cA\u201d and ends with eight or nine numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Immigration Document, Green Card<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the most used document to demonstrate the person&#8217;s immigration status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Re-entry permit document<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a permit to re-enter the US<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Legal Permanent Resident Stamp<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>USCIS and US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issue the I-551 stamp, also known as the ADIT stamp, for lawful permanent residents or conditional permanent residents. This serves as evidence of your immigrant status until you receive a green card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Travel document for Refugees<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A refugee travel document looks similar to a re-entry permit, but includes a refugee travel document notation above the photograph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Employment Authorization Documents<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You must request this document when you are authorized to work in the US due to your immigration status as an asylee, refugee or U nonimmigrant and you need evidence of that employment authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Action notification<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is widely used as proof of immigration status because it provides information related to notifications of receipt, rejection, transfer, reopening, appointments, fingerprints, biometric data collection and interviews, among other immigration data.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The state has implemented a mechanism to help legal permanent residents and new asylees receive <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1366,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[33],"tags":[34,35,36,37,38],"class_list":["post-1528","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-migratorio-en","tag-2023-en","tag-florida-en","tag-legales-en","tag-migracion-en","tag-requisitos-en"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>What documents are necessary to present as legal immigration evidence?
